Add pipeline tag, library name, link to paper and project page

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-to-speech for better discoverability on the Hub (e.g., at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-to-speech).
Adding the library_name: transformers.
Linking to the paper.
Linking to the project page with audio samples: https://sditdemo.github.io/sditdemo/

This should help users find the model and understand its context better.
