We own the exclusive distribution rights to this model. Your current listing constitutes an infringement of those rights.
We are formally requesting that this infringing model be immediately removed from your Hugging Face account and that any traffic be redirected to the official repository: RunDiffusion/Juggernaut-XL-v9.
You are further instructed not to re-upload or redistribute any of our models under your account. This behavior has occurred in the past and continues to violate our intellectual property rights. There are a lot of models that we would ask to have rights for.
Once that is set up, we're happy to continue allowing this repo to stay public.
All juggernaut model rights have been sent to "admin@rundiffusion.com"
you can make model paid or free etc from your user dashboard.
